I have been a nurse for over 10 years, and I am passionate about serving others by supporting them though challenging times in their lives. My intention is to always see my clients as a whole person and not treat a singular symptom or issue.I have had my own complex health journey, trying to navigate a complicated healthcare system that sends you from one specialist to another. Frustrated with this cycle of fragmented care and seeking a patient-centered approach, I found CranioSacral therapy (CST).As a patient, I have felt and seen the benefits this modality can provide. Above all, the fundamental principles of this practice resonate with my healing nature and desire to help others.I provide CranioSacral therapy in a calm, understanding environment designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. My approach is gentle, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's needs. I look forward to supporting you on your own wellness journey.

Sessions
CST is performed while the client is clothed
Initial sessions include both evaluation and treatment
Once the appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless 24 hours advance notice of cancelation is provided
Payment is due at the time of service
